In most cases, taking an AP® class is absolutely worth the effort. The skills you develop in an AP® English Literature and Composition class are ones that you’ll carry with you throughout your entire educational (and professional) career.

Personally, the course I took was pretty easy, and my teacher has some pretty decent 5 rates as well. The prerequisite to get into the course was extremely challenging, so most of the students in the course could basically already write pretty well. I never had to do any long extended papers (all essays were in class).
